Executive clearance PDF ($499 flat)

Deliverable-based: if we fail to deliver the agreed formatted PDF within 48 business hours after you send your gate report JSON (or agreed optional repository access), you may request a full refund of the fee. Partial refunds apply only if mutually agreed in writing before delivery.

Before work begins

If you cancel after accepting the SOW but before we receive your gate report, we refund 100% of fees paid. After operator review starts, the fee is non-refundable except for failure to deliver as stated above.

Other consulting

Custom engagements follow their SOW. Deposits are non-refundable once discovery work begins unless otherwise stated in writing.
